Refund Policy

For custom services, refunds are only available if requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start of work. Once work has commenced, refunds will not be provided.

If you choose to cancel our comprehensive service, you will be charged for the current billing cycle, and recurring charges will cease beginning on the next billing cycle.

To cancel a service, you must call and leave a voicemail, or email a service cancellation notice to [email protected]. Upon receipt of your cancellation request, we will process it in accordance with the terms outlined above.
